AI is a tool, not an identity
Many companies use the same tools. If they are all asked a similar question without context, they will get a similar, general result. The brand's character is created from its values, experiences, customers and the way it communicates.
Where AI really helps
- when searching for themes and first campaign concepts,
- when creating outlines, variants of headings and working texts,
- when summarizing documents and repeated tasks,
- in the design of image directions and rapid prototyping,
- in analyzing customer questions and planning content.
Which must be left in the hands of man
One must determine the target, the audience, the tone of communication and the boundaries of the brand. He is responsible for fact-checking, copyright, sensitive data, final language level and assessing whether the output even makes business sense.
Create brand rules
Before using AI, it is advisable to write down the vocabulary of the brand: how it addresses customers, which terms it uses, which ones it avoids, what its main messages and visual rules are. Each output must then be evaluated according to the same criteria.
Do not publish the first answer
The first draft is the working material. The text needs to be shortened, verified, supplemented with concreteness and edited into natural language. Visuals need to be checked for detail, readability, consistency and suitability for a specific format.
Efficiency without loss of trust
AI makes sense when it shortens routine work and frees up space for idea, strategy and quality processing. It shouldn't lead to more mediocre content. The goal is a better result, not just faster production.
Security, privacy and copyright
Public AI tools do not include customer personal data, trade secrets or non-public documents without clear processing rules. The company needs to know what data the tool uses, who has access to it, and whether it can be further used for training.
Before publishing, the origin of sources, licenses, factual correctness, and possible similarity with someone else's work must be checked. The final approval should remain with a specific person who is responsible for brand communication.
